Free levels
The first 5 levels of every age world are free with an account, and no card is needed. Try them before paying so you know the program suits you or your child.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Open the dashboard and go to the parent area (answer the parent check).
- Under Subscription, choose "Cancel subscription" and confirm.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? Choose "Keep my subscription" in the same place.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable. The free levels exist so you can try the program before paying. When you cancel, you are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund partial periods or unused time.
Right of withdrawal: in the EEA, the UK and countries with similar rules, the program is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By subscribing you request immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once access begins, where the law allows this. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
Charged by mistake?
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email [email protected] with the email address of your account and we will correct it through Creem, our merchant of record. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; it is usually faster.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account in the parent area cancels an active subscription immediately and removes your program data. It does not refund the current period.
